Indoor Arena Rental

The indoor arena is available for rent to current volunteers and students.

You may not ride alone. You must be accompanied by an adult and have a cell phone with you at all times.

All those current members who wish to use the indoor must:

  • Have current liability and emergency medical release forms filled out and in the office
  • You MUST have liability coverage of $1 million dollars that specifically states it covers OFF SITE EQUINE ACTIVITIES. That policy must be on file in the office along with liability and emergency medical release forms, before using the arena.
  • A copy of this policy MUST be in office before booking

Once it is confirmed that the user has all their paperwork in and is a current volunteer or student they should send an e-mail to: Jo@windrushfarm.org

  • State the day and time you wish to ride in the email
  • Payments must be made through PayPal BEFORE the email is sent
  • Weekend arena bookings MUST be done by Friday @ noon

Once your email request and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from Josselyn.

You MUST have a confirmation email to use the facility.
