Directions From 95N
Aprox. 30 minutes north of Boston, take the 2nd Topsfield
exit (#52 it says Topsfield Rd., Topsfield, Boxford) Go left
at the end of the ramp- go approx. 1 mile to a small
village green triangle with a few stone markers and a flag
pole, and bear left on Main St.- go approx. ˝ mile to a
stop sign and go straight thru- go approx. ľ mile and go
PAST Towne Road ( there is a brown sign that says Ardon
Farms- do not take this) take the next left on Lawrence
Road ( this is actually a fork and you will be bearing off to
the left), follow Lawrence Ľ mile over a small rise in the
road, and as the main road goes straight, you bear left on
Brookview Road. The farm is about 3/4 mile up Brookview
- the barn is the 4th place on the right and the arena and
office building are slightly before it on the left. Please
park at the arena on the left side of the street. The
mailbox has the number 30 on it. (note:-the house
numbers aren’t consecutive on Brookview Road so keep
coming!)

Directions From 495
Get off at the Mass. Ave. exit #43(if traveling N on 495,
go right off the ramp, if traveling S on 495, go left off the
ramp) go up the hill, thru 2 sets of lights, pass North
Andover common on the right, thru Old North Andover
center (very small) to a fork at the end of town with a
brick firehouse in the center of the fork here bear left on
Salem St. Go approx. ˝ mile to a yellow blinking light and
bear right still on Salem St., go 2.5 miles and continue
straight when Salem St. goes off to the right( you will
now be on Boxford Rd.) go approx. 2 mile to the North
Andover/Boxford town line sign (it's very small) go along a
very straight, tree lined section of road and come to a
new large yellowish colonial set back on the left. After
this house you will pass a 25 mph speed sign on the right,
and take the next right on Brookview Road(this is a blind
right that goes 160 degrees back – if you get to the
Boxford Dentist on the left you have just missed
Brookview Road) - we are ľ mile up as above.
